If your subscription is not working, try the following solutions:
a. Go to the premium page in-app (click on the white star next to the discover menu in
the top left) and press the "restore/restore purchase" button.
b. If the first step does not solve your issue, or you don't see a restore option, reinstall the app, sign into your account again, and repeat the first step.
Note: This issue may also be caused if you're using an outdated app version. Ensure that Dream and your phone are fully up to date.
