Refund Policy for WOMBO Premium Services
1. Introduction
This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to the Premium Services offered by WOMBO Studios, Inc. ("WOMBO", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing and using our Premium Services, you ("Customer", "you", or "your") acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be granted under the following specific circumstance:
a) No Art Generation: A refund is eligible only in the event that no art has been generated by the Customer using our Premium Services during the subscription period.
3. Refund Requests
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@wombo.ai with the following information:
a) Your full name;
b) Your email address associated with your WOMBO account;
c) The reason for your refund request, clearly stating that no art has been generated using our Premium Services;
d) Your Dream username
e) Any additional information that may help us process your request.
We also provide a form for collecting this information and making this request by selecting Submit a Request at the top right side of this page, and choosing the refund request form from the dropdown menu..
4. Refund Processing
Upon receiving a refund request, our customer support team will review the case and verify the eligibility for a refund. If the refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 10-14 business days, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please note that any processing fees associated with the refund will be borne by the Customer.
5. Limitation of Liability
WOMBO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with this Policy or the inability to use our Premium Services.
6. Changes to this Policy
WOMBO reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to this Policy will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website. By continuing to use our Premium Services, you agree to be bound by the revised Refund Policy.
